• An initial assessment of normal tasks undertaken by the staff within your organisation, so that the training can be tailored to your individual needs
• Advice on appropriate equipment (adjustable seating, screen raisers, etc) would be given, if appropriate, at this stage
• Post–training support can include a written report, detailing any handling issues raised during the training
